20. Pink Flamingos (1972 – John Waters)
This movie struck gold through its casting of a cult icon to play a larger-than-life drag queen in the drug-fueled 70 s. Babs Johnson plays the drag queen Divine. She’s determined to be trashier, filthier and more vulgar than any before her. While the shock-value of the movie didn’t win it any awards at the time, the wit and unapologetic nature of the central character make for an unforgettable adventure filled with tasteless makeup, guns, debauchery, and filthy language!
